Requiring the "Allow" means a user must be devoted to clicking on the allow message. Some queues send out a hundred or more messages and this is extremely cumbersome, time-consuming and boring for the user. Why can't the version of Outlook running in the Citrix environment be set up to always allow email message via Outlook from FE and RE? They should definitively be able to be trusted.
