Figuring out autopopulate of email addresses

Figuring out autopopulate of email addresses when emailing reports from FE on Outlook

As it is I am having to type every email address each time. There appears to be no autopopulate of saved email addresses. I've spoken with our IT dept and Blackbaud, with no answers. The girl I chatted with suggested I add the idea here.
