Email Reports from FE NXT web view or database
Can we link our organization email to the system so we can use the queue module to send reports via email. We could link using SMTP or somtehing like it. Dahsboards can be scheduled to be emailed to users, but Reports can't be scheduled to be emailed yet.

Merged It would be a game changer to have reports automatically emailed each week/month. I know this would be extremely helpful with churches as most pastoral staff time is spent doing ministry rather than logging in to check account balances and budgets...1 Planned

Schedule reports to send through email on set times (e.g. monthly) for hosted clients
Merged The entire organization would benefit because they can expect a report to come out at a certain time. Those creating reports would benefit greatly because they would spend a lot less time generating and adjusting reports every time they need to be...3 Planned

Has there been any progress on this? it would save me literally 8 hours of work.
We would love a solution that is integrated with FE NXT, not a third-party application. For monthly reports, we currently use the "Export" function in Database View in order to manually create a mail merge in Word. It's very time consuming and prone to errors.

We are looking for a solution that doesn't involve additional third party costs. The server based FE could email reports so we're disappointed that the FE NXT development seems to be in the hands of a third party that means additions fees. :(
Hi Thomas, thanks for the response. It looks like this will come at an additional cost with an external company. Is this still on the list to be integrated in Blackbaud, because that is ideally how this would work for us.
Capital Business Solutions - a key Blackbaud partner has built a tool to handle the email portion. Queue runs and exports the reports to a SFTP site and their tool then emails them to the right dist. list.

I would love more information on this once it's available. We really miss being able to email reports through the queue!
That is great news. What about regular reports?
We are testing a solution to solve for scheduling and emailing transactional reports to users or groups of users. I will update this idea during March/April timeframe
Even if it cannot link to our organization email allowing the scheduled queues to be emailed would be very beneficial.
