Automatic payment notification to Vendors via email

It would be nice to have the ability to send payment notifications to our vendors automatically from FE NXT via email. Especially when we pay them via ACH. It would improve our relationships with our vendors by providing increased communication.

    Completely agree with this.  Because we send so many grants out, especially Rapid Response Grants, this would be very helpful for out grantees to know when they will receive the money.
