Be able to Email reports directly from FENXT
As of right now, my company has to download and save 14 separate reports, attach those to 14 separate Emails, and then send them to our 14 departmental directors. It would be nice if we could automatically send those Emails with just a few clicks in FENXT without having to download and send them manually.

It would also be great to be able to schedule custom reports.
Agree, we send over 100 monthly reports to many many different people. We have been using queue in database view. That started having issues several months ago, requiring more of us and time consuming too. There needs to be a better way in NXT.
Agree, I send approx 185 monthly reports to many many different people. currently using queue in database view then Microsoft Power Automate. But should be able to do this in NXT.
I send 80 budget reports to faculty/staff each month. It worked great in Queue - took 15 minutes. Now I have to run and email reports individually - takes 3 hours now. Please set up email capabilities again.
Microsoft Power Automate can help with the process. The FE Queue module will save the reports in my OneDrive folder, and then I use the Flow button in Excel to send the emails with attachments.

I have been wanting this for a while now. We send out many statements and invoices each month. We have to print and manually mail them or save these files to pdf and then email them. It is a very big hassle.
Same for emailing reports.
