Scheduled Reports for Non-Users (FE NXT)

It would be beneficial to have the ability to send scheduled reports to external users, such as board members or contractors, without requiring them to access our system.

    I was able to locate how this can be done... for anyone looking for this option, just click in the field and then "+ NEW" will pop up and you can add an external email.

    This states that this has been implemented and a BB chat representative just told me today that this wasn't an option...? Could anyone tell me how I am able to input an external email address to a non- user of FE/FENXT?
