Allow full use of "relative range" across report parameters

Currently "relative range" works only when specific ranges of time periods are used. I have a large balance sheet report with multiple columns. Since balance sheets are for a specific point in time, rather than a time period, the relative range is not available. Instead, I have to go into each and every column and update the dates by hand. This is very time consuming. Relative range is such a timesaver and I would like to use it regardless of how the dates are selected

      I love this feature within the Financial Statements, as I am typically processing my monthly accounting two months after-the-fact instead of just the next month due to our funding source. It would be great to have this feature in ALL reporting, as I have to manually change dates on the parameters of my many other reports because I can't just use the "last month" feature. It would be REALLY AWESOME if you could add a "TWO MONTHS AGO" option in addition to 'last month'.
