Income statement should allow whole report date parameters

Currently each column of the income statement must have it's own defined date parameter.  It would be efficient in most reports, if we could filter the report by date and then if needed add additional filters at the column level.

    This is an excellent suggestion that I believe is on the list of functionality to build into NXT.
