Date Range on Report Heading to match date range selected

When you run a report, you can select a heading of a date range, BUT currently the date range in the heading may or may not be the date range of the information you're running. It would be helpful to have this on top of the report, rather than the report parameters at the bottom.

    To clarify, the date range in the heading should be populated by the range selected in either the dates section or the content section, NOT chosen in the heading section.
