Other databases I've used allow users to backup their data by easily exporting every single form/table into an Excel compatible file with the click of a button.

Blackbaud currently only offers either:

1. A .bak file that can be referenced with SQL programming knowledge (small non-profits do not have software engineers on staff)

or

2. Building reports for these tables from scratch via exporting on our own which is extremely time consuming and tedious because it requires every single form field in every single table.

These are not good options.
