When entering an invoice, a PDF copy of the invoice can be attached. However, this functionality is not available for Credit Memos. Only a .gif, or .jpeg can be entered in the Notes area. PDF is a much better format. Having this functionality allows the user to 1) become "paper free" by not having to keep vendor invoice folders, and 2) makes researching things much easier.
Please set it up so we can attach a PDF, excel, or word document to a credit memo. Currently I am having to attach credit memo documents to the vendor record, which isn't the best place for it.
