I have been asking Blackbaud about it too. If you get a credit memo and you are waiting for the next invoice to apply it to (which could take several weeks), you need to be able to scan and save a copy of it with the credit memo recording. It does not make sense that the only option is to save it in the vendor's profile.

Please enable attachments for credit memos. Attaching them to the invoice record is a work around but is time consuming.

Please enable attachments for credit memos, just like for invoices
