Previewing open invoices when applying credit memos

There doesn't seem to be a way to preview and edit the open invoices under the credit memo window. This was available in the database view and was very conveninent when needing to make changes to the invoice rather than needing to switch over another tab/link to load the invoice.

    Also need a button to Auto Apply or Unapply All for credit memos. Now in FENXT, each open invoice must be selected individually in order to apply one credit memo. Example, Large Credit Memo issued and available to apply to multiple open invoices until the credit memo is completely applied.
