Ability to rename and tag reports in NXT Merged

Currently, tags can only be added & edited in database. It would be handy to have this ability in NXT. Also, it would be great to be able to rename a report in either database or NXT. Currently, we have to do a "save-as" with a new name, and then delete the old report with the old name. Too many steps!

    I really, really would like to see tags brought over to NXT. We use them to notate which reports are available to our cost center managers. Once they set their filter to their tag, they only see the reports they have access to. Works great for us!
