I suggest that a setting be developed that turns off a user's ability to create new reports from scratch in FE NXT. This would be useful for those we want to have view only access. Currently, I'm able to prevent them from editing existing reports, but they can still hit the blue "plus" button on the reporting screen and create reports from scratch, which clogs our system up with too many reports. In conjunction with this, it would be great to be able to limit a user to only being able to view specific selected reports (as opposed to just limiting by report type, projects, or accounts).
