I would like employees to be able to edit reports (choose/edit project numbers on the income statements, for example) but NOT save the changes. I don't want to be the only person running reports but I don't want occasional users mistakenly changing reports and messing them up. I want them to be able to run reports but NOT have a save option.
I believe they are called Read Only licenses and if you don't have them you may need to add them to your annual subscription. They come in sets of 10. Staff can run and manipulate reports but they don't even see the Save button, only Run.
