Valuable explanatory comments can be made for each line of a journal entry in the Journal Entry template Notes field. However, there is no way to include this field in any reports, greatly reducing the value of the data posted in that Journal Entry Notes field. This field should be made available to the General Ledger report template and perhaps other detail transaction-oriented templates.
