When coping journal entries in Database view the Notes Description would update based on past history. When the journal entries are posted this would only take up a certain amount of the page. When doing the same in NXT all of the notes are copied and shown on the post report. Is there a way to hide this. There are many journal entries that my company copies to increase productivity and when we post the entry the notes take up more than half of the page creating 2 page 2 line journal entries.
