Custom Fields to be included on the Journal Entry Add-in template and Excel export

Custom Fields (attributes) can be entered on journal entries to enhance and improve the tracking & reporting of data; however, custom fields are on not available on the Excel Journal Entry Add-in or the Excel Export of Journal entries. Adding custom fields would increase efficiencies and accuracy in entering information and reviewing information on journal entries.

Our systems use these critical 'custom fields' to identify and report on gifts. We have 1000s of lines daily that rely on these and adding them in manually would be deal breaker. This absolutely MUST be a feature to be able to upload these in mass.

    Crucial for adjusting entries.

We use this as a daily function for loading our gift transactions into our general ledger, in addition to other entries/function. Absolutely business critical.

This is 100% essential to our day-to-day functions. I'm actually shocked this was not considered in the discussion of moving everything from the database to NXT.

I agree, this needs to be a must prior to database view imports going away.

This is unacceptable to not be able to import custom fields (attributes) on journal entries. I currently upload 800-1000 line journal entries into the database with an attribute.

This is our day to day function in database view now - without it, we are unable to perform our Journal entry import.
