Ability to see total net income/loss at the top and by period in NXT budget view.

Seeing just total revenue and total expenses does me no good without a net number.  It was my biggest frustration that FE7 didn't have any totals, and I had to run a report to see where I was at.  NXT made an improvement over FE7, but the net number is needed to get the full picture.
