The ability to remove the page number and run

The ability to remove the page number and run date from the bottom of financial statements in NXT. (currently you can only remove these in FE, but not if you run reports in NXT)

Reports run in NXT always have page number and run date at the bottom. This is taking away an extra line that could be used for more data in the report.
