Banks - Allow for Closed Accounts to be Removed

Banks - Allow for Closed Accounts to be Removed from Drop Down Menu

We have a number of bank accounts and on the "Select a Bank Account" field we currently do not have the ability to remove them from the selection field or reorder the bank order. We would like the ability to remove them or reorder them.
