Global Delete "EFT Accounts" From Vendor Records

In FENXT right now, you can pull queries on the Bank Information section within a vendor record. Bank information like Account Number and Routing Number fall under the "EFT Account" section. If i want to delete the bank account from the individuals record, I have to do so manually. So if we were able to globally delete "EFT Accounts" as a whole that would be very helpful. We have inactive vendors that need cleaned up and not store any sensitive information within our systems that we don't need. This feature would help in this process without having to manually go to each record to remove the bank information.

    I agree. The import functionality exists to change a vendor’s status to inactive, so it would be helpful to also remove EFT information at the same time. This is valuable to make sure sensitive information is not stored unnecessarily, while preventing manual deletions.
