Entering a new Purchase Order now REQUIRES “Ship to” address and it’s not applicable to us (we are entering things we purchase, not shipping anything to anyone).

This was NOT a required field in database view, this appears to be new to web-view.

Customer Support tells me it is now a mandatory field. We do not have information to enter into it, so along with extra work, we'll now need to manually enter bogus data into our database when we didn't have to in database view (which is already now greyed out for us and apparently no way to revert back).

Make "Ship To" a configurable field like "Ship Via" already is (and is by default Optional).
