Remove Company Name from being a required line

Remove Company Name from being a required line item on the Ship to Address

Our organization drop ships computers to our students' home addresses. Our company name cannot appear in the shipping area as we have had problems with the courier service in our area. I am asking that this be an optional field when preparing and processing purchase orders.
