Bill.com is used by many companies and it integrates with other accounting software. When companies have invested time and money into these third party applications and go to make a decision to move to a new accounting software this will factor into their decision.
I completely agree. When I moved from QBO to Blackbaud last year, I knew BILL did not integrate, but I had planned to use AvidXchange. What I did not realize was that AvidXchange only supports B2B payments. We tried Payment Assistant, but it was not a comparable alternative and had significant issues. Since then, I have spent additional money, time, and effort using OMATIC as a “bridge” to manually import only the expense and liability side after pulling and reformatting the data myself.
