Integrate Omatics Plug-In into Existing FE Constracts

It would be more seamless and less hassle if we did not have to deal with Omatics. For the price we pay for FE, we should not have to work with another provider to get standard accounting office tasks completed, like generating a Pos Pay file. This should be integrated into FE and taken care of on your side, not ours.

    I have spoken with Blackbaud multiple times about integrating Omatic into their system. I agree. For the amount we pay, I find it ridiculous to have to then pay a third party to do something FE refuses to integrate into their own system. Omatic is literally a former Blackbaud employee that found gaps in what Blackbaud offers, and is making money filling in those gaps (I confirmed this with Blackbaud!!). You would think they could easily implement this. But they only care about getting you as a customer. Once you're a customer, good luck getting them to listen to your ideas and complaints.
