While it's possible to import project expense budgets and run project budget vs actual reports for expenses, we also need the ability to do this for revenue. I suggest adding a project total revenue budget import to the Budgets type in Administration > Import Records. Then, we should have the ability to either run a separate project revenue budget vs actual report or have it show up as added columns in the existing project budget vs actual report.
