Sinc orignal attachments submitted through webportal to show in FE NXT Merged

Please add all original attachments submitted through the web portal into NXT. When I want to see an invoice attachment that was submitted through the webportal in NXT, it doesn't show at all. So I have to go back to FE to see it. Which is pretty much really inefficient, if I have to switch back and forth between data bases.  It would be better if we can see all the documents on one data base, including the new ones added manually to NXT and the ones submitted through the webportal.

    This issue is the only reason why we are not using the AP module in NXT.  We have to keep using the database product.  This is a real issue that Blackbaud needs to solve asap.
