FENXT Web View not reporting correctly.

When I run a Project Activity Report in Database View I get the activity for the month all in one list for each Project (grouped by Fund, then date). Unfortunately, the exact same report run in Web View breaks each project into multiple lists, and destroys the usefulness we had from this report. Is it grouping by week instead of month? I don't know, and Web View does not let us change the sorting options.


Please make Web View Reports have the same sorting options as Database View, or allow us to edit the end-result of each report instead of just the initial criteria. More sorting options maybe? Whatever the case, this issue with reports makes me unhappy with the switch to only Web View FE.

    Thanks, Hallie. I added a new break option to sort by project ID in between our current sorting options, and it grouped them up like we need. Just some of the growing pains when upgrading systems.

    Hi - You should be able to change the sorting options if you're running a detail report (not summary). Just like database view, there is a tab for Sort and break. Here you can define your Sort by, Direction, and Break options. If you still notice a difference in how the reports look, please file a support ticket and we'll take a more detailed look. Thank you!
