When building a VCO template, add the ability to copy a detail or header row. It takes a tremendous amount of time to assign various filters when creating a row, and very often there is only a small difference between one row and the next (a department, a job attribute, etc). So if a row could be copied, it could then be changed very quickly. That would also reduce the likelihood of errors when setting up multiple detail lines that are mostly the same.
