I was recently trying to run a Custom Management Report, but when running the report, the lines showed up in alphabetical order, as opposed to the order in which I listed them on the VCO. After several calls with Support I learned that what I wanted isn't currently possible. I've attached a copy of the report and also a screenshot of the VCO to illustrate what I mean.
