Typing Delay in NXT - resulting in missing characters in descriptions.
We keep finding that NXT has a significant delay where as if you start typing in the GL Distribution Description in Payables, that it often misses the first few characters you have typed becuase NXT is not ready. This resulted in inaccurate/incomplet Distribution Descriptions being posted. In DB view, it was always ready to accept what you typed. NXT should be just as efficient and be ready to capture all your key strokes.

This doesn't seem like an issue, but it really, really is. When entering lines and lines of data, this delay really slows you down.
Being told to re-type it is even more frustrating.

I've been saying for awhile that my data keeps disappearing. I've tried Chrome and Firefox. I have paused after tabbing to next cell but it doesn't work. I tried typing slower but I just watch as the info I type appears on the screen then disappears. All I got from customer service was "re-type it". I thought the add-on would be better but it defaults the posting date and references (Excel) and we have posted the wrong information because the columns are already filled in.

Delay is also experienced when entering GL and project number. Significantly slows down data entry.
