It seems the system is struggling to keep up with the speed of data entry, leading to incorrect values such as dates, amounts or account codes being picked up. This issue appears to affect all users in your company using NXT for AR, AP, and other modules. While this isn’t classified as slowness per se, it does impact efficiency.
Please fix - by nature, accountants are fast and efficient at data entry. The system cannot keep up, which causes errors that slow us down. We're a two-person shop doing a three-person job, so systemized inefficiencies are not going to work for us. Please, please, please address these latency issues.
I couldn't agree more, NXT has been a huge downgrade in this area
