I agree this would be extremely helpful. We would like to see what end of the year entries we made and there is no way to filter the journal entry list to show just 12/31 post dated entries.
I requested this awhile ago and Blackbaud explained to me that it's not possible because one journal entry could potentially have more that one post date. This is so rare and I hate to see it prevent this idea.
In that case the column output could just say "Multiple" because 99 times out of 100, a journal entry is dated the same through the entire entry. I would dare to say 999 times out of 1000 we use the same date in the whole entry but maybe that's just us.

Agreed - I would love to have the option to search on post dates in a certain time, not on the date created.

Yes, please add the column for the "Post Date" in the JE batches view to show the actual transaction date.
