Submit new requests to have bank or credit card accounts supported by Yodlee - CLICK HYPERLINK TO SUBMIT REQUEST
Yodlee is the third-party financial aggregator used for credit card and bank feeds in Financial Edge NXT.
If you've tried to connect to either your bank or credit card account in Financial Edge NXT and did not see your account listed as an option, click here to suggest that Yodlee begin the efforts to support that site.
You will need to include the bank's name, the bank's URL, the URL used at login, login URL AFTER successful login and the type of account it is (savings, investment, checking, etc).
Yodlee cannot guarantee support every bank or credit card account, but they will do their best to get them supported as quickly as possible. Blackbaud will post back on this thread as new accounts are added.
Please subscribe to this post so you receive notifications as we post back on this idea when new sites get added.
Please note that improvements to the bank and credit card feeds will be implemented soon which should provide access to banks previously unsupported and thus a new idea post will be created at that time for that release.
If your site IS listed and are experiencing errors connecting, please reach out to our Support team so that we can begin the investigation process and include Yodlee when applicable.

We've been having issues with our BMO bank and credit card feeds. Nothing is pulling into Blackbaud when we show there are transactions on the websites. Working with Customer Service/Help Desk but it's taking a long time to figure what the issues are...
Choice One bank currently is only available for Personal accounts, can we try to get them set up on commercial accounts the link is:

BeaconBank <https://online.beaconbank.com/> bought Berkshire Bank (and at least 3 other banks). BeaconBank appears to have multiple options on Yodlee, but none of them seem to reflect this new merger. Can this new BeaconBank for small business be added.
