Add First Citizens (Commercial Advantage) for bank feeds - currently not supported by Yodlee

Our banking is done using First Citizens Bank Commerical Advantage. As this is not supported by Yodlee, the bank feeds to FE NXT will not work. Please have Yodlee support this so that the bank feed feature will work! First Citizens is a regional bank that supports lots of nonprofits; I'd be surprised if there's not others out there waiting for this to be supported by Yodlee too.

    We also use First Citizens and would like to the ability to use the bank feeds to FE NXT for importing bank and credit card transactions from First Citizens.
