We have been unsuccessful to get American Express credit cards to work appropriately for almost a year, now. In addition, our second credit card provider Farm Bureau Bank's credit card portal hasn't been added after asking for over 4 years.
Yodlee's functionality is just flat out bad, and there have to be better solutions out there. The number of hours we spend on credit card transactions when there are multiple alternative solutions that could pull the data in automatically is creating massive inefficiencies in our processes.
Absolutely agree! We also have been attempting for over a year now to get our AMEX account linked. It will not link. I have spent hours and hours having to send snips, try things, show results (which of course is just failure results) and no one seems to take this issue seriously. We need to stop the manual work involved in this and have our register functioning correctly. No one ever escalates it, no one ever meets with me, having asked several times, and there is NO resolution. Why does BB offer 3rd party connections if they are not going to support customers or ensure the 3rd party is?!?!
Yodlee is absolutely horrible. Blackbaud better find a better solution quick. They are exposing themselves to litigation by promoting their capability to use bank feeds in FENXT.

I agree. Time to ditch Yodlee. Seems to me the screen scraper technology that Yodlee uses is a setup for failure.
