Remove link between credit card account and credit card feeds

Allow the removal of credit card feed links.  Even after you close the credit card account in Financial Edge the link is still active and sitting there as a linked credit card feed.  We have closed one account and opened a new one with the same company, it is now difficult to decipher which credit card feed is the one we need to go into and edit without first trying to log into both.

      It's not enough to deactivate the feed once the card is no longer in use. I have a feed that isn't working as it should (because of the structure of the credit card account, not a Blackbaud problem), but now I can't stop it from downloading all these fake transactions except by inactivating the card - but the card is still active! We should be able to control the flow of information in our own accounts.

      please create a feature so we can deactivate the credit card feed once the card is no longer in use
