Add ability to run one list of all users and their access rights/groups

My auditors would like a listing of all users to be able to cross check against our employee list.  I can print the security groups, but that's not really what they want.  Seems like a logical ask to me.  My people with supervisor rights aren't on the reports because they're not in any of the groups.

Thanks David, for that feedback. This is helpful! Given that we have a larger initiative for how to best address queries, I think this would be an idea that would fit nicely with that. Would you mind adding the above comment to a new idea so that we can track that with any qork we do for queries?

Ive created queries that restrict what accounts a user is allowed to view. These are View Only users who only need to be able to see the specific GL accounts that are assigned to them. Those users then access FE NXT to see their accounts. I cant go into each user account in FE (we have close to 100) and run an individual report for each person. I need a report that lists my users, and the query assigned to them. If theres other info on there thats fine.

Additionally, or maybe alternately, I want a report that lists my queries, the settings for each query, and the users who are assigned to that query. Again, I can get that one-by-one if I open each, but we have a lot of queries.

Apologies for that confusion. I'm not able to locate the Knowledgebase article, however if you go to the user's profile, select File and Print or Preview, this will show a breakdown of what they've been given rights to. Lots of really great info that checks a lot of the boxes above.

This does exclude the queries, but would like to understand more how your assigning them - can you tell me a bit more about how you're doing that? Want to make sure we're tracking it appropriately in this idea, or if we need to create a separate idea.

That shows the settings for a group. I want a list of users, and the query that is individually assigned to each of them.

Hello all, thank you for the feedback! I think that we hit a lot of the use cases mentioned above with the Group profile report. Take a look at: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/52784 and let me know your thoughts.

As far as the queries assigned to each user, can you tell us a bit more about how you're assigning these? I think this would be a good idea to track separately as we start to look into the best ways to address Queries in NXT.

Ditto this request.  Need to be able to print a user list which would include the accounts or queries assigned to each user.  Plus a detailed query report that shows a list of my queries and the settings for each.

Yes please, this would be super helpful! screen shots aren't good enough, need excel data to match against employee lists.

Having a file like this to import into data analysis software would make it much easier to review segregation of duties issues.

I agree, this type of user-to-user rights report is pretty standard. Blackbaud, please provide us this essential reporting ability.
