Send email notification to Approvers of Expenses (like WebInvoicing)

In WebPortal: WebInvoicing there are email notifications:

  • Email me when:  
    • My request is approved by any reviewer
    • My request is approved by final review
    • My request is rejected
    • My approval is required for a request.

This functionality is not yet available in FE NXT and when an expense or invoice is added through the Expense screen, no notifications are available so reviewers do not know it is waiting approval nor do end users know if their request has been rejected.


Adding this functionality would mirror the existing functionality in WebPortal.

    Yes, this is available now within Expense Management for both invoice requests and credit card charges.
