Report showing the approval rules in FE.

This would be useful to print out periodically so staff can adjust as job responsibilities change.    Helpful for leadership to see the approval path that exists in FE and what changes are necessary due to staff changes.

    This can be combined with the other idea that has similar concept. This report is required by most external auditors so I'm not sure why it's not already in the system.
