Let users choose as a default if they want to load only 10 lines initially, or if they want to see all the transactions at once, every time.

It is frustrating to try and scroll through the transactions in a Journal and have to click to see the next page and then wait for each page to load. It easily triples the time required to review things. If transactions are out of order and more than 10 lines apart, reviewing is inefficient and frustrating.
