NEW NXT REPORTING WORKFLOW IS INEFFICIENT Merged

We are not at all pleased with the changes in the workflow for Reporting in NXT. Gone are the days when you can generate to view and decide if you want to download a report. The entire point of viewing reports to be sure that this is the report that we want before downloading.

Now all reports are downloaded first to view. Our download files on our desktop will become littered with reports that we do not want.

These updates to generate and export reports IS NOT efficient. The prior process was the reliable way.

    The new method takes more time and is confusing. Some reports I run require a long time to complete before downloading. I have stared at my screen wondering if I actually pushed the button, before it appears as a link. Just wasted time. Previewing was extremely helpful. They are some reports I do not even download with the preview. I just snap a screen shot and move forward. This was not an improvement.

    This new method adds additional time to the workflow just to view data. It takes 3 extra steps to view anything. And if you're changing the parameter of what you're looking for, you have to exit out of that window before you can download and view the report. A lot of wasted time.
