BB pulls all posted transactions and the date on the credit card feed in FENXT is the posted date. The issue comes in at the end of the month. If someone used their credit card on Friday 8/30 the post date is Tuesday 9/2. However, that charge is included on the August statement with Regions and paid with the August balance. We do have the ability to change the GL post date of the charge before we record the transaction, but we cannot change the date on the Regions feed. It causes a reconciliation issue, and the need to verify dates and change this is unnecessary work.

I am suggesting that the logic needs to be if the transaction is posted in Regions that it pulls into the feed, but the system pulls the occurrence date.
