When submitting invoice requests in Expense Management, many users add additional details in the expense detail/purpose box. However, currently the only way to view this information after the invoice has been approved is in database. I feel that this should be added to FE NXT's invoice records as accounting often needs to view these additional details later on.
I agree, and find the description field is not long enough to add all the details. The expense detail/purpose should be included in FE Nxt's invoice records so those who submit requests and those who approve and process them can see all the necessary information.
