We have multiple admins that maintain credit cards for their direct report. The problem we are facing is if they get a credit on their credit cards only Delegated Admins in Blackbaud can enter the Credit Card credits. This means a lot of extra work for the Business admin and her administrator (Me) as we are the only ones with Administrative roles on blackbaud. With having about 15 employees in need of inputting credit card credits, it would lessen our burden if they could do it themselves. We tried to go through the database to create security groups for them to have access to credit card activity but this also allows them to see and make changes to all vendors, invoices, bank accounts, etc. Obviously, we do not want all employees to have this much info on the company for ethical reasons.
As of now, all employees are sending the business department their credit card credits and we are having to input them in the system. But this takes a lot of extra time with that many cards on file and the research on the way they coded the original charge, etc. Can we think of something to make this process a simple access for these employees? Blackbaud please take our feedback into consideration and add this feature. This is a duplicate of several other posts on this forum.
