I agree - this new "feature" is a pain. I have two screens and the attachment opens as a pdf on my second screen doubling the amount of time it takes me to get through all of the credit card transactions I have to review. Please go back to the viewing window Blackbaud, and just let us download the attachment only if we need to (which is almost never!).

Yes, I can't believe they got rid of this. I have a frequent need to view attachments quickly, without going through the time-consuming process of downloading them, then opening in a separate program. Before, we had the option to quick view, and then you could always choose to download it if desired. Now, it makes that choice for us and just automatically downloads. How did they think that providing fewer choices was an improvement?
