Detail GL report should automatically print selected fund, and date range on report

Instead of having to change the Title description each time you change a fund or date range it should automatically print on each page as a heading.

I have used this a workaround for this: On the Criteria section of the Format tab for reports, check the Print these criteria on "first page", and deselect all boxes but Saved Report Name, Funds to Include, and Dates to Include. It wont print on every page, but it tells the reader what is below.
