Add a flag, indicator, or alert that can be set on funds/projects that is displayed when processing payments

On the invoice > GL distribution tab, add a way to display a flag, indicator, or pop up alert that supports the use case needs listed below in priority order.

  • Use Case A - confirm spending from fund matches the purpose of the fund

  • Use Case B - don't spend from fund if fund isn't currently approved for spending

  • Use Case C - cash balances - don't spend from fund if fund doesn't have cash balance available for spending

    I agree that this would be a good feature to add to both FE NXT web view and database view. Some way to pop up a note on a particular project when it is used in AP processing and in Journal Entries.
